Excerpt: i'm thinking of trying out some form of HGH. i'm a pretty small guy - 6,0 160 pounds. I can't seem to get bigger. I've tried almost everything. Many variations of workouts including HST. Protein, creatine, etc of course. I eat a ton of food, but am always so full. It only seems to help minimally. I feel as if my hormone levels are low for a male. Any suggestions? Reviews about HGH?

    i'm thinking of trying out some form of HGH. i'm a pretty small guy - 6,0 160 pounds. I can't seem to get bigger. I've tried almost everything. Many variations of workouts including HST. Protein, creatine, etc of course. I eat a ton of food, but am always so full. It only seems to help minimally. I feel as if my hormone levels are low for a male.


    Any suggestions? Reviews about HGH?

    HGH is much safer to use than steroids because of the sides and HPTA effects

    you just need to run it for 3-6 months for best results

    and i'm not sure it would do much for you with your stats. sounds like you just need to get on a proper workout and diet program

    Sorry but I highly doubt that.
    I've heard this same exact story so many times and more often than when I ask the client to log what they eat, it turns out it wasn't actually that much they were eating.

    So what you need to do is to start tracking what you eat on a daily basis + see how your weight changes over weeks.
    If there is no change to scale weight you are simple not eating enough or you have a way too high activity levels.

    So, Stop making excuses and start eating!

    I think you should hold off on the HGH and get your Testosterone levels checked and report back.

    You do realize that HGH wont do much of anything for you in terms of mass gain right?
