HELP: What's the best place to get High Lignan Flax Oil in the UK?

I need to get some High Lignan Flax Oil as I am starting myself on a weight loss/muscle building program.

Problem is that Mass Quantities charge $40 to ship $20 of Flax Oil to the UK, so I was wondering if anyone knew of places in the UK to get hold of decent quality High Lignan Flax Oil.
