In my opinion 1 test is much better then 1AD. Did not see any gains on 1 AD but gained 10 lbs using 1 test over 3 weeks. 1AD seems to work ok for some people but not everyone, on the down side 1 test is much more expensive. I believe Pat Arnold stated that 1-test was 7 times more anabolic the testosterone.
