Help..Eating for double workout??

on mondays and fridays im going to start having a double workout

as for monday
explosive lifting(power clean, push press) then plyometrics and speed (starting at about 2:30 ending at about 4:10)

then at 6:15 i will b going to an athletic performance institute for another workout session.(speed agility etc)

friday i will b having a core lift ( bench squat rows curls ETC) and then an agility workout
starting after scool at about 2:30 and ending at about 4:30..maybe longer

then again i will b going to the athletic institute for another session at about 6:15

i want to kno how i should eat with these workout sessions??
should i just have a post workout shake after both??

need help how to eat before and inbetween and after both...
and when should i throw in my regualr dinner on these days??? and should i eat Xtra meals???


supps.. Dimmax(creatine) triple threat (mrp) whey protien( post workout) and xenadrine.
 
with these Xtra workouts should i due away with cardio on wednisday and saturday???

even though i only did the cardio once because i hert my shin..and im trying to heel it

keep in mind im 17..for recovery reasons...
