Hawthorn berry preload for prost + PP cycle

how long/how much on the hawthorne berries?

"For preparation for a cycle of Phera and Prost, how long and at what doseage should I preload hawthorne berries?"

I'm assuming 500mg vicinity, for 2 weeks prior to day 1 of prost/phera?

IMO, preloading HB for PP and or Prost is not nec.
For SD, I say it's a must.

If you wish to do so,
Preload week 1-2 at ~500mg.

better to be safe than sorry. picked up a bottle for about $8, so if it isn't necessary, then I'm out $8. If it is, then that was the best $8 I ever spent, right?
