No. Libido and (as per the topic title) erections are not the same thing. If anything that product sounds like a mild test booster.

There are also different types of Maca. There is a version for females and men. I tried a highly recommended Maca and wouldn’t waist my money on it again. I didn’t see it do anything for me. Mild test boosters are also a waste of money. N2bm.com offers the only test booster I would purchase if it was my money. Hope this helps!
