Guggul and Thyroid Question

Has anyone taken guggulsterones for a sluggish thyroid ? What is a good dosage, and what kind of results can I expect?
I have taken ephedra products with great results, but thermo's only cover up (and in some cases, exacerbate) the thyroid prob. I've read. So I have to go the non-stim route. Feedback appreciated!

SAN just gave it that name, to copy the prescription.

I'll be taking synthetic gugglesterone(active ingredien in SAN T3) after my T3 cycle to bring it back to normal.

dosage should be around 60-80mg/day
