I am looking at all the MMRs out there and I know there is different catagories (low card, low cal, mass...) I just wanna know brand name or specific MMR you Mates prefer is the best? Best for the BUCK too if have 2 types.?

I assume you're talking about meal replacements.
My personal favorite for the money is Opti-Pro Meal by Optimum Nutrition. I get it locally 30 sevings for around 45.00. I have seen it cheaper on internet sites.
I also like EAS Myoplex Deluxe but its a little more expensive.
