i need your help on something.
I am going to go on a kinda of a mass gain phase from Jan 19th.
Now i am trying to figure out the supplements for that
Befroe workout i plan on taking seom Yohimbe and Caffeine
I am confused btw Yohimbine and Yohimbe cuz someone of the guys
out there sell 8mg Yohimbine and otherse sell like 1000mg Yohimbe bark extract.
so need help on that. I was planning on taking a NYC stact but didnt
like the idea of having anything to do with non ephedrine.
After workout , i think my choice is simple , N-Largre II
then 3 grams of CLA every day , just trying to keep that fat of my stomach.
and will take Optimum Whey Protien as my protien supplement.
Does this look good , any advice guys.
