is there any advantage to using gms on non workout days or post workout?

If you ar refering to Glycerol Mono then would say preworkout.
www.Amplify02.com has a therapuetic dose which seem to have considerable synergy with the other ingredients in it.
as for non workoutdays, I am unsure
also note that GMS is a waxy, flaky material that does not dissolve in water which is why Amplify02 has it in highest grade caps
