Is GLUTAMINE Bad On Ketogenic Days?

I have read in a few places that glutamine has the potential to kick you out of ketosis while doing a CKD type diet..

I was going to supplement my diet with 5g of creatine along with 5g of glutamine postworkout.. is this bad??

HELP!
:D:D

Glutamine will ade in restoring glycogen but I don't think it will knock you out of ketosis. Charles Poliquin is a big supporter of low-no carb diet and glutamine. He has tons of info, do a search on yahoo you'll find something there. Remember you can never have enough glutamine. Aids patients are given 200+ grams a day. That 5 grams will be absorber by your get before your muscles. The stress of dieting and lifting will increase the need for glutamine.

Hoped this helped.

hmm i dont know about the ketosis thing, but i would definetly get some glut in, it will help greatly with your recovery. And you can use every bit of recovery when dieting. :D
