M meat19 New member Nov 25, 2001 #1 i was looking at cytovol, what are the most impoprtant ingredients in it, i was thinking the glutamine and taurine is there anything else worth taking in there. glutamine and taurine is much cheaper on its own.

maxellyz New member Nov 25, 2001 #2 if you have cheaper glutamine and taurine on its own then go with them also cytovol contains aspartame....
