    the #1 is healthy foods.

    every person reading this post can clean up their diet further. even if you are eating perfectly, you can always further clean it up by eating organic so you aren't ingesting roundup and pesticides lol

    I don't know about the healthiest.
    If you really focus on your nutrition you shouldn't need that many supps.

    Definitely a good clean diet with balanced macros is key. Creatine can be a nice addition, and possibly D vitamins if you are deficient (a common issue for those that work indoors long hours)

    If your diet is right you really dont even need to supplement. If its lacking, a multi, fish oil, etc are staples
