I got a sample pack of about 6 pills. No real instructions in my bag and was wondering what is the dosage instructions for these?

Does it kill your appetite? Don't take it to late in the day?

Trying to knockout a little body fat before hawaii at the end of the month.

Just wanted to check if i need to take like 2 am 2 pm or what exactly to dose it.

Its da shit! I use it 01 pill before bed for app supress works wonders!

I did use it a while back. It does suppress appetite...at least it did for me. I split my doses up. I think I did one tab three times a day with water each time. Good stuff for sure!
