Flaxseed, Fish, Olive OILS

Just today I went and picked up some liquid flax and some fish oil tablets. I also have some olive oil on hand, which I use frequently. How much of each of these should I consume daily. I weigh about 150 low bf and plan on bulking through summer.
 
When I was on CKD I was taking in a combo of flax and fish oil on the order of around 60 grams a day. I noticed improvement in my skin etc.

How much fat though depends on what your bulking ratios are for the summer. Have as much as works into your fat calories for the day.

I cook my morning eggs in it, mix Olive oil with vinegar to mix with tuna or use as a salad dressing, you can add it to protein shakes, mix it in oatmeal, add it to your veggies.....etc
