Fish Oil Caps

I read alot of you guys use these, what exactly is the purpose of them?

among other things they help make you more insulin sensitive. they also do MANY other things.

they are rich in omega 3 and omega 6 if I remember right which helps in fat burning capabilities and basic neurological functions. Also they are high in vitamin A+D. Try not to buy the caps since fish oil is sensitive to heat and the caps are heat seal, hence not as effective as the pure oil in a opaque container.

P.S. it needs to be an opaque container since the oil is uv light sensitive, and also needs to be refrigerated.....

Can anyone recommend a brand that doesn't give fish burps?

ive found that if i take the caps at the very begining of a meal, i don't get the burps

i take them mid afternoon and at night... 3 caps with a meal, then another 3 at bed...1000mg per tab

the fish burps are the worst
