Fat burners safe?

I was thinking about adding a fat burner to my routine, but it seems everyday there's another recall or report on the dangers of fat burners. So, are any of them proven to be safe? Like, for real?

Most things marketed as fat burners are outright frauds, and some are risky. Personally, I've been sticking with cardarine and cardazol from esarms.com and I have been having great results.

we live in a world where profit comes before health. caffeine is completely legal and cheap to sell so fat burners are full of those. yes they can be very dangerous especially if you have existing heart issues

and what sucks too is they are super addictive and ruin sleep

what i would recommend instead is a non stim fat burning stack combined with proper diet of course. N2slin + cardarine (esarms)

How long have you been running them for before you started to notice results ? I am definitely interested in having some results. Let me know thanks!

So I noticed results starting about 4 weeks in and ramping up through week 6 and then holding steady after that. What happens is it basically it gives you the ability to do endless cardio without ever hitting a wall. While it does boost your metabolism a bit too, you will need to go do cardio, but it will become incredibly easy to do.
