Fat burners healthy?

spacecased

New member
I wanted to ask if people use fat burners on the regular ? I was told by my trainer that they are harmful to the liver. Should I not be taking this stuff?

Natural fat burners like caffeine, green tea extracts, and protein powder are good but taking high doses can have grave effects, including palpitations, insomnia, dizziness and anxiety. In some cases it may raise your blood pressure and cause heart disturbances too.

Fat burner are completely unhealthy its can raise your blood presser not only that its can realise cortisol you know this hormones are full catabolic so not healthy after all

Ironic that a fat burner could be harsh on the liver when the liver is the primary fat burning organ......

Honestly, diet and exercise work just fine. The key is consistency.

Stimulants are not liver toxic but they do raise cortisol levels and put a lot of stress on the adrenal glands

I'm not anti stimulants but you DO need to cycle off them and not use them year round
