Hi Everybody !

I was wondering how long does it take for Ephedrine/Ma Huang to come out of your System.
I thought it was 4 hours?

Everone is different, but I would say the average is 4-5 hours.

Depends on how long you been doing them too......For instance i was off them for a while.....did one a few days ago and was up ALL nite.....all nite i couldnt sleep........it effects you more at first obviously so start low and do them early in the day trust me

what usually gets me is the caffine... i have very low tolerance for it... i've never had a cup of coffee in my entire life...

Never?! That's madness! Lol. It's my biggest vice. So, being a regular coffee drinker, I don't find that the xenadrines and so on keep me awake, that I can notice.
