I took one when I woke up at 6 and by 7 at work I felt like I was on crack. And haven't really been hungry at all. I'll try my next one at 330 when I get home and see how that goes before I work out at 4:30 I might try that for a few days then I'll try the 2 in the morning but I think 2 might be a bit much first thing in the morning. Thanks
