Ephedrine question

This is a small question: can I take 75mg of ephedrine HCL? I'm 17, but have been taking ephedrine (normally in the Muhuang form) for a year now. My blood pressure is very good; I'm always hydrated. I ask because I used to take 60mg a day, split between when I wake up and an hour before working out. Now I purchaced ephedrine HCL; it comes in 25mg tabs. I will now take it throughout the day, but I don't think that 50mg will cut it. However, since there are many warnings about not going over 60mg a day and such, I just want to make sure how risky it is.
At the same time, I'm taking yohimbe and Opti-Guggul.

25mg three times daily is the standard dosage...I am assuming you didn't mean that you would take 75mg at once.

taking 75 @ once not recommended
75-100 per day is recommended daily ceiling

ephedrine is short lived in the body - try taking half the dose twice as often

(1/2 E + 1/2 nodoz + 1/2 A) @ 5-6 x / day

yes, you have to bite it in half or get anal and cut it in half - tastes yummy indeed

someone else agree?
