Hi, I'm 18 years old and interested in losing some weight. I workout/train everyday and maintain a healthy balanced diet. A friend of mine told me about ECA and its effects on weight loss. Would ECA be safe for me? how does it work? and how do i measure how much i take of each? is it according to body weight, height, etc...?
