I have noticed that these bars contain soy protein isolate. I heard that soy is bad for males. Should I not eat these bars anymore? Or is it a significant amount of soy to do anything(I'm clueless)? I was really shocked when I looked at the ingredients.
I think all the soy bashing is silly. Sure, it's not the best source out there as far as bioavailability - but it's not going to give you gyno or any of that silliness...
