when do u want to take an e/c stack (25 mg. ephedrine, 200 mg caffeine each time) i was thinking once in the morning when i wake up, and one around noon? if i get home from school at around 250 and workout at 3:40, should i take it at 2:50 wehn i get home instead of noon. also, is it better to take it with meals or does it not really matter.
also could someone help me out with a chart to gradually increase the e/c to the doses i want, should i just start out with them?
