Dynamic biotics?

Any thoughts on this pro biotic by stonehenge that is called healthy dynamic biotics?
It has 16 strains and 51B in the bottle.
Supposed to help with food intolerance and that sort of things

first off with pro biotics they MUST be refridgerated at ALL TIMES or they die.

the one i recommend to people is called sach boulardii, you can buy it at whole foods in the fridge section of their supp section

i use spore based probiotics those are the only ones that work

i like probiotics with food and prebiotics like psyllium or they wont work
