Dymatize Nutrition Super Mass Gainer 12lbs
Is this stuff good for weight gain? Well, obviously it is... hahaha But I mean for clean weight gain. Doesn't look like it has a ton of fat or sodium (considering how many calories it has).
My cousin is 17, almost 18. 6'2" 210lbs and has vvveeerrryyyy little fat. He is having problems gaining weight. He took "Up Your Mass" and gained about 3-4lbs on it. This stuff looks WAAAY better than Up Your Mass.
So basically what i'm asking is... this is a much better purchase, no?
