do you take VNS jacked on non workout days?

does anyone know? on instructions it only says before workout and 8 hours later. but it seems odd you wouldnt take it non workout days sinse its a creatine

I am wondering the same thing---I have Omega's Cre-Ethyl Thunder and it only says to take the serving 30 mins prior to working out---I want to know too considering this is my first week on it and today is my first off day
