I do like to take a few weeks off every once in a while though.

Yup, I just get Centrum or One A Day; whichever is cheaper. Some days I'm not able to eat good food because I'm in the office and school all day, so I take a vitamin to help out my nutrition.

i use "one a day" b12, c, e-1000iu prob overkill but like sarge said...i like to cover all the bases. oh and if i remember i take b6

I didnt say it's the best, I said it's the best I've taken. It gives me energy, i wake up and sleep better on it, overall I feel better. So it's the best I've taken.
