Diuretics

Looking for a solid diuretic supplement, or program to follow prior to an upcoming beach vacation.

How far out is your vacation?

Make sure you are getting adequate water intake for starters. Speed rope 4x a week for 10 minute intervals try for three. As far as "supplementation" is concerned I cannot offer any advice on products that are over the counter that will cut you up fast.

I've got a month.. I've seen procedures on here to follow on a week out of a photo shoot or contest. I don't mind following, but if a solid product is available in pill form I'd love to try it.

a lot of suggestions above but if you are looking for something to eat along with it cannot beat watermelon.

Thanks for the feedback guys.. Think I'm gonna drop the idea and just do some old fashion ass busting in the mean time. I have my diet down, I have the lifting down, I just have to start hitting the cardio more. I've been slacking on that lately and it's my fault.
