I read the contenst just yesterday. Too me, the diff is the level of ingrediants. I would say ripped more for stripping te fat, while you suppliment with 'other' and well as vitamins. Diet more for general fat/weight loss.

Diet=JennyCraig
But I will admit, when I did Ripped Fuel in 95, I dropped 20 of FAT ASS LARD in 6 weeks. TRained like a animal too, but that started the melting process.
Diet fuel contains HCA, same thing in Hydroxycut, which is supposed to help curb appetite. However diet fuel is a 3 cap dosage vs 2 caps for ripped fuel. Therefore Diet Fuel is less cost effective and HCA hasn't been proven to do anything. As far as ECA content goes either one is fine.
