4 weeks ago my bench was 1 rep max 295, now I do 5 sets of 5 with 295. lol.

Exactly. I'm running 4 weeks ON and 4 weeks OFF / PCT.

Going to do that for 6 months. Every 3 month ON, I add test cyp.

I cycled Monsterdrol and Dermacrine...I had HUGE strength increases to the point some people thought I was BSing....I only did a 4 week cycle...3 a day...I'm supper anal about keeping a training log....Every set I look at my previous week and try to beat either weight or reps....after warm up I always begin with the heaviest weight I used for my last set.....every week I always added weight to every movement...some movements huge increases......Bench, Inclines, Rows, Leg presses, Squats...actual increased strength almost to the point of scaring myself alittle...concerned over injury due to my past ( have torn both distal tendons/Biceps)...

Alc..not suprised at bro......great job!!!
