Criticize my supplement regime please

I’m basically looking for opinions/criticisms of my supplement regime. Basically looking for opinions on anything I’m completely forgetting about or likes/dislikes about any of the brands that I am using. Well to start off here are my vitals:
Age: 27
Weight: 178 lbs
Height: 6’1”
Bf%: ~9%

Supplements:
Multi: Animal Pak taken shortly after breakfast
Protein:
AM before breakfast Cytosport Muscle Milk
Post Workout Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey
PM Before bed Universal Nutrition Milk & Egg Protein
BCAA:
Scivation Xtend (2 servings) taken during workouts
ZMA:
Optimum Nutrition ZMA taken before bedtime
Fats/Oils:
NOW Flax Oil taken twice during day
NOW DHA-250 taken twice during day

I also eat about 4 meals during the day consisting of eggs, oatmeal, whole grain pasta, pasta sauce, chicken, tuna, shrimp, lean ground beef, green veggies, peanut butter, almonds, wholegrain bread, fresh fruit (after workouts), roast beef lunch meat (healthiest thing avail. at cafeteria), cheese, and cottage cheese . So, spaced out with my protein shakes, I take in protein 7 times per day. I’m looking to pack on a little muscle, maybe 10 lbs. Please give any comments and opinions.
