Excerpt: Whenever i do creatine, i get allot of sub-q water weight. I was wondering what exactly causes this. I used to get it bad on cell tech, but i am getting it even on recular micronized creatine monohydrate. I was wondering what causes this? Also what can i do to minimize the bloat?
