Excerpt: Whenever i do creatine, i get allot of sub-q water weight. I was wondering what exactly causes this. I used to get it bad on cell tech, but i am getting it even on recular micronized creatine monohydrate.
I was wondering what causes this?
Also what can i do to minimize the bloat? I am trying to figure out if by taking creatine, it is possible that it will stimulate your fat cells to hold extra water too.
