Whenever i do creatine, i get allot of sub-q water weight. I was wondering what exactly causes this. I used to get it bad on cell tech, but i am getting it even on recular micronized creatine monohydrate.

Also what can i do to minimize the bloat? I am trying to figure out if by taking creatine, it is possible that it will stimulate your fat cells to hold extra water too.
If anyone has any ideas, or know of any types of other creatine products that dont cause sub q water, please let me know.
