CREATINE trac w/NADH question!

I just recently bought the TRAC with NADH lemon lime flavor of Creatine...and I was wondering when the best time to take it....and do I take it on off-workout days?

Best time is post workout, specially since it coincides w/ you post workout insulin spiking. and take it on non-workout days w/ your highest carb meal.

actually on the bottle if u look it says to take it before workout.
