Anyone have any good results with this? I mean, not as good as some of the other "supplements". Well, what I mean is I know most people take the powder form, is the serum at the very least decently effective?
Alright thanks...Ive been taking the Powder form by AST and ive been getting some serious case of upset stomache. Possibly due to taking too much. Was just wondering whether the serum was any better so I guess not. Maybe Ill just stick to Glutamine. By the way, are Amino Acids, such as Amino Fuel by Twinlabs worth the money?
