IS THERE ANY REASON WHY WE CANNOT MIX CREATINE WITH PROTEIN SUPPLIMENT SHAKES? SOMEONE WAS SPOUTING OFF DOWN THE GYM ABOUT IT NOT BEING SO EFFECTIVE IF TAKEN TOGETHER IN ONE HIT!! ANY TRUTH IN THAT?
ALSO DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY VIEWS ON TIMESCALES FOR CREATINE CYCLES?

also what about creatine and glutamine together, I have heard that they compete for absorption. Any answers are greatly appreciated.
