Creatine Loading Phase - What is it?

Someone explain to me how I go about the "loading" phase of creatine? Just starting out on it

take 5 grams 3x a day for 7 days. but there is no need. studys show that there is no benefit for the loading phase in the long run, it just saturates your muscles quicker then compared to just using creatine post workout on training days.

it's a scam for supp. company's to get consumers to use more creatine once they come off the supp and are going back on it.

The "proper" loading phase is:
21 grams a day for 1 week.
That is to say 3 - 7 gram doses per day for 5 days. It is to saturate the muscles.

Is it necessary? An arguable point.

But, Creatine is cheap enough that if it makes a difference then why would'nt you?

If you are supplementing Creatine for gains in size I would say load.

It sure is not going to hurt anything.
 
just take double the recommended dose for about 5 to 7 days so they your body keeps the creatine in you system and then work out like a beast
