    I don't think that it can prevent atrophy, but why stop taking it. You should still be able to work legs and core.

    there is really nothing you can do here bro. you will lose some muscle and def lose a lot of conditioning.. but the good news is body/muscle memory is a very real thing so you will come back and come back stronger so just stick to lower body until your hand is healed

    yes taking creatine and n2generate will help with time off but i would be lying if i said it will be the cure here

    It doesn't really matter. Creatine doesn't really make a huge difference anyway.
