creatine good or bad for test levels?

Excerpt: Hey does creatine have anything to do with hormone levels or testosterone etc? Also does it effect estrogen at all either directly or indirectly? The reason I ask is I have been using it for 3 months pre and post workout and I got bloodwork done and my bloods are off in those categories and not sure why.

    creatine good or bad for test levels?

    Hey does creatine have anything to do with hormone levels or testosterone etc? Also does it effect estrogen at all either directly or indirectly? The reason I ask is I have been using it for 3 months pre and post workout and I got bloodwork done and my bloods are off in those categories and not sure why.

    I think creatine increases test levels for the most part, so good for test levels

    unfortunately it does not increase testosterone no.

    i would recommend using n2generate for that

    I do not think there is a direct correlation between creatine and test levels.

    Creatine is not going to effect your test levels. Creatine is just a few amino acids bound together. You get it through food.
