Creatine, Glutamine, L-Carnitine, BCAA's

from all i've read, there are mixed feelings as to when best to take these supps and how mixed.....for example, most would ingest Creatine+Glutamine after WO (ok, not JUST those, but you get me).....however i also read that those fight to do the similiar job, so one should separate them.....cuz "one will have to lose" ??

i also understand that you should take the BCAA's by itself about 15 min b4 preWO shake.....that way they enter quickly??

and as long as you get 3-5 g Carnitine through the day anytime?

i also read not to mix caffeine with creatine cuz caffeine screws up creatine's job.......

from personal experiences, how are these supps used/mixed for the best results you've seen?

edit: oh, the goal is to cut BF while perserving as much lean mass.....caloric restriction, CKD cycled every 2 weeks......(5 days off, 2 load)
