creatine alternative?

When i take creatine it gives me bad acne on my back and i feel fatigued.Is there any alternative out there thats worth the money??

creatine will give u mostly water weight gains anyway...i cant really think of any replacements for it, but i can tell u that when i first start taking it i also break out, but it goes away within a week... you dont need supps to grow tho, so dont worry about it. just hit up a good multi vitamin and protein and IMO thats all u really need
