Well it's still creatine bro, and no it's not shit - the problem with caps is the extra time it takes to digest the gelatin caps. Go with powder (monohydrate -tried and true). But caps are still ok, but Id take away the gelatin coating and just put em in a glass. ANother problem is the dosages. Ive seen 200mg caps only. So for the loading fase, (20g) you can imagine what a pain this is. Youd have to take 20 caps for 2 g. Its all marketing , and aimed towards unsuspecting first timers, so unless you know what youre doing (rare in the creatine dept) just stick to powder.
