Has anyone here tried CLA?? If so does it work?! I read Muscle Media on a regular basis and they suggest that if you take approximately 4-5 grams of this stuff daily for 3 months, it can lead to a loss of bodyfat of up to 20% even if the rest of your diet/workout plan remains unchanged.
Has anyone experienced these results, their tests seem to be carried out on rats, and apparently the rats lost alot of abdominal fat - imagine that, a rat with a six pack!!
