Confused About Norephedrine/Ephedra + Yohimbine

Okay, I have read that it could be dangerous to take norephedrine or ephedra with yohimbine in a fat-burning/thermogenic supplement. Can anyone reveal the facts on this? I was taking MD6 -- the old formula that had norephedrine and yohimbine HCL -- and now want to take the new formula that ephedra (I'd heard the FDA made the makers of MD6 take the noreph out of their formulation) and yohimbine. Is it true that I should avoid intense MHR cardio while taking ephedra and yohimbine together?

By "high intensity activities," would you mean cardio with intervals working to MHR and weight lifting to fatigue?

md6 made me fill like shit and I am pretty sure it was the yohimbe in it because I felt dizzy all the time.sucks.now I use diet boost and its great same thing as xenadrine only 10.00 cheaper.
