Would you guys recommend using caffeine supplements before working out or as a general day to day supplement for energy. Curious to know if it has good benefits.
 
I make my own preworkout and add caffeine to it, but it's not something you want to become reliant on.
 
caffeine does not increase energy, it suppresses it

it also is a diuretic and speeds up the heart rate, making you gas out quicker.

if you find yourself needing an upper to just get through a workout, then something is wrong with your diet and sleep program

Well, preworkouts are pretty popular for a reaaon.....so theres that

I happen to love caffeine before workouts. I workout at 5am when the doors open and it helps substantially. Other than that I dont use caffeine ever. I do t eben drink coffee. It has its place and it has its benefits if you use it in the right scenario. If you workout in evenings i wouldn't use them because it will interfere with sleep
