clycocarn benefits

This supplement benefits are improving blood flow and boosting performance, so I was wondering is something with those features can help to improve cardio. I am running a marathon soon and I want to stay on natural products because they do drug testing. Most thank you.

GlycoCarn is glycine propionyl-L-carnitine hcl, (GPLC), a propionyl ester of carnitine that includes an additional glycine component.

L-carnitine is synthesized in the body from the amino acids lysine and methionine. It transfers long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria where they may be oxidized to produce energy.

As great as that sounds, supplemental L-carnitine doesn't do a whole lot because your body can efficiently already create it's own. Supplementing with it certainly won't hurt but don't expect miracles. If you do decide to supplement with Carnitine, use the acetyl-l-carnitine version as it is the most bioavailable.

Don't expect miracles. The best supplement you can take for fat loss and endurance is cardarine -> http://www.evolutionary.org/cardarine/
Cardarine will directly increase fat loss, endurance and recovery. I would argue it's the best supplement on the market today for fat loss.

Cardarine, SR9009 would be the best PEDs for endurance there's no doubt about it. You can add creatine to the mix to have your ATP supplies full, so you would have tons of energy and stamina for the marathon.

Id suggest looking up sarms1.com for their cardarine/sr9009, as those are top notch
