clenbuterol taurine

I would say so. You don't want to get those nasty cramps if it can be avoided. You also want to make sure you are drinking plenty of water and getting enough potassium as well.

There are other side effects with clen too though. These include heart strain, heart burn, the shakes, headaches, high blood pressure, etc.

I would rather use Cardarine, SR-9009, and N2Slin for cutting to avoid those sides.

The other thing with clen is that it simply increases metabolism. This does not distinguish between fat and muscle.

If you do go with clen keep your doses low, cycle on and off every 2 weeks, run for a maximum of 6 weeks, and get real clen from a good source like ag-guys.com

Taurine is a really good inexpensive supplement that is often overlooked.

Muscle cramps/lower back pumps are a very common problem for a lot of steroid users. Especially when using oral steroids like dbol or drugs like clenbuterol. Taurine is probably the best supplement you can take to prevent them.

Here are my 4 main tips to prevent muscle cramps/lower back pumps:

1. Make sure you are drinking enough water through out the day. 5-6L per day minimum. Remember that stimulants (coffee) and alcohol are diuretics and don't count towards your total.

2. Make sure you are taking in enough electrolytes (think sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium)

3. Supplement with 2-5g of taurine per day. Ideally you would put it in the water you drink during your workouts and sip on it through out your workout

4. Often neglected and over looked, make sure you are stretching after each workout and try to incorporate foam rolling a few times per week into your program to help remove lactic acid from tight muscles.

no it is not but you will be extremely uncomfortable using clen without it

i would strongly recommend you use n2guard while on clen, not only does it already have taurine but it also has a lot of additional ingredients to protect your heart!

Even if its unnecessary, it helps a lot though.

Taurine is quite cheap. I would suggest having it on hand and see how it goes with clen. If you getting all cramped up, just start taking taurine.

Of course if you run something like n2guard, it already has taurine in it, so that might be sufficient.

Look into electrolits altogether. You should be supplimentig with magnesium (chelate) eat foods to get potasium, coconut water is a good one
