Yup. But creatine has to be taken every day. I'd say go ahead and take it with water. It shouldn't make that much difference.
One more thing, you will retain a lot of water on creatine. This might mess with your CKD results a bit. You might wait around to see what the EF Diet Gods have to say.
In my experience, it is fairly pointless to take creatine during the no carb days. I do find it useful during the carb-up. Can't remember off hand what McDonald's verdict on it was though, and he's the real expert.
