I am serious bro....I have some major joint issues that are impacting my MMA training....

Where are you getting cissus from?
I have major joint issues- due to installing floors for the last 17 years- plus being 42 years old.
If it's that great, I want to try..

Thought I've heard of everything- guess not. Never heard of cissus.

^^ so true. I took the primafoce capped version for a while, tried capping my own and went back to the primaforce one. It works damn well, and was far easier than capping it haha. Cissus is sticky stuff
